Mattel, company behind Barbie and Hot Wheels, rolling out NFT Marketplace
Mattel is rolling out a new NFT marketplace for NFTs as it looks to expand its footprint into the digital collectibles business.
Here are the quick facts:
Mattel will launch its NFT mareketplace on Flow blockchain, called Mattel Creations.
Fans will be able to buy digital art tied to products like Hot Wheels and Barbie.
They want to create an ecosystem where they translate iconic Mattel Intellectual Property (IP) into digital art.
Mattel has previously sold out $25 Hot Wheels NFTs which include a voucher for a physical die-cast model.

"The Saudis" are a 5,555 NFT collection whose artwork is a derivative of the famed CryptoPunks.
Its floor price soared over 386% after Saudi Arabia defeated Argetina in the world cup.
